1. Once your Bitcoin deposit has been processed from your wallet provider, the transaction would need to get "3-6 confirmations" on the Blockchain which can take up to 1-3 hours to successfully credit your account. 

2. Providing incorrect details may result in the permanent loss of your funds.

3. You can check the progress of your Bitcoin transaction by going to www.blockchain.com.

4. You can only use the Bitcoin address we provide once. You should not use it on multiple transactions.

5. We would like to make you aware that when you are depositing with your Debit/Credit Card via 3rd Party Provider, you will be purchasing Bitcoin with your card and Bitcoin would be transferred to us.

Step-by-Step Guide

You need to:

- Tap on "Deposit Funds".

- Choose "Bitcoin" using the 3rd party platform we offer to purchase and immediately send the purchased Bitcoin to us. 

- Choose the "Wallet" you would like to deposit to. 

- Enter the amount you want to send.

- Tap "Redirect me to the Payments Page".

 - You will then be prompted with the message below: 

 - You would need to go to your e-mail inbox and open the e-mail sent by us, please bear in mind to check the spam, junk, and all additional folders located in your e-mail and select "Complete My Deposit

 - Afterward, you will be re-directed to the 3rd Party Platform website to either insert the credentials of your existing account or to create an account if it's the first time using the platform. 

 - When logged in and verified, you will be requested to confirm your payment by clicking the "

Pay $XXX Now" button.

 - You will then be taken to the final stage where you will need to enter your card details to submit your payment. 

Important to Note: You will need to enter in your Bitcoin Wallet address and continue to "authorize" the payment by going to the "Your Account" section of our 3rd party payment provider and reviewing your withdrawal request. Only then would your funds be sent to us.
